Jerry resides in Midland Texas where he owns and operates a state-of-the-art robotics welding and fabrication shop, specialized in the fabrication of pressure vessels. As the name Veteran Fabrication indicates, Jerry is a Veteran and has been decorated with a Purple Heart during his service as a helicopter pilot in the Marine Corp. Jerry’s grandfather, Gerald Fuentes, a WWII Purple Heart Veteran was Jerry’s childhood hero and that carried over to adulthood as he followed in his footsteps. Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to this expedition. His multiple combat tours in Iraq, experience as a helicopter pilot and love of the outdoors contribute heavily to his position as Navigator for this adventure.
