With over 25 years of experience in public safety and search and rescue, Daryl is a welcome addition to the X90X team. He brings extensive knowledge of human factors related to decision- making, stress management, effective communications, team building and training. His level- headedness and critical-thinking skills under pressure will be instrumental in the expedition’s successful completion. Daryl will be responsible primarily for all activities of daily living and safety aspects of the trip up to and including evacuation if required. Daryl will maintain the “balance”! His team members all live somewhat on the edge and Daryl will pull them back from that edge when required! His childhood hero, Superman has instilled in him that having strong core values is of utmost importance and following those values will help to address challenges they will face on this epic expedition.
